We finally get Cotton and Cass's story....and it was sweet.

There is some suspense taking the boys out of town, an vision from the past returning and a biker being a stubborn a$$. Overall a good story, but for some reason it felt a little anti-climatic with the resolution to a problem plaguing the club.

Loved the epilogue
Sorry to say but some reason Cassidy just didn't grab me the way Henley and Wren did in the previous books. I really liked Cotton though. I had no idea there was such as an age difference but it didn't matter to them. I didn't think Cotton would fall by Derek the way he did. Clutch, poor Clutch. I can't wait for his book.
I like this series in that the novels are always fast paced. It is a typical romance though. I wish more descriptive details were used for the characters physical appearance. I actually forgot the age difference between the two main characters for most of the novel. I also this k the antagonist was taken out too conveniently, but overall it was entertaining.
My favorite to date! I read all of the Devil Chaser's novels and I'm up to date with Satan's Fury and this is by far my favorite. I'm looking forward to Clutch's story next it just broke my heart that he was heart broken. I liked how when alot of author's would have ended it because things were taken care of so to speak L.Wilder gave us a few more chapter's to enjoy and a great epilogue to go with it. Man it will feel like a long wait until the next book but I can't wait to see what L.Wilder will come with I can't wait for Clutch to get his HEA. Well done!
She has done it again....knocked it out of the ball park. When you sit down to read and cannot put it down, that's a great book. When you can laugh and cry while reading it, that is what you would call a great book. When you stalk your kindle and site waiting for the release of a book, that is what you might call a great book. You cannot go wrong from buying a published book from L. Wilder. She writes some of the best MC books ever. Thank you for what you do!!!
This was a story of loving but needing to learn to trust completely. Things are not always what they seem and we are all quick to jump to conclusions, some totally misconstrued. Males have a harder time saying how they feel often and this book touches on that and how Cotton needed to show and tell Cassidy what he was feeling. A really good book but not a gritty and tense as many of the others in the series.
I was an L. Wilder stalker way before I even thought about writing on my own. She's one of the few authors I still make time to read. I love the way her mind works and the journey her stories takes you on. Cotton might be my favorite hero of all of hers. I have a soft spot for older, hot male bikers who love their women. L. Wilder is like a warm fire on a cold night. You open a book and you know you're going to get a great story, happy ever after smiles, and a need for the next book.
First let me say this I love this series! But...I was so pissed at Cotton and how he treated Cass! There is a lot of angst in this book. Don't get me wrong the story is freaking awesome and the characters are so well developed. I am having a hard time forgiving Cotton!

This is still a great book and I can't wait to see what's next!
