Lexie has had her whole world shattered over the last two years. First, her father was killed in a car accident. After relocating to Maine her family begins to get even stranger. Her cell phone and internet get shut off. Late at night she hers her mom sobbing with her new stepdad nowhere to be found. The only thing that makes living out in the middle of the forest any easier is the blue eyes of a guy named Torin. Now Lexie must unravel all the secrets to see what exactly the fates have in store for her.
I have to say this is a very good book. It isn't predictable at all and the plot keeps the reader on their toes. I love the budding romance, and the characters were true to life ya ....obsessive over internet and cell phones etc. The characters have depth which makes you absolutely love them...or hate them. That's the mark of a good author. Editing was also well done. This is a book I would recommend to read and I will most likely pick it up again. I am curious to see where this goes. There is a group of teens and while this is Lexie's story, you can't help but wonder what will happen to the rest of the crew.....oh and someone needs to get Theo a date!!!!!!!

Overall I enjoyed this book.

I personally wouldn't classify it as a young adult book. It's about teenagers, and a little bit of the high school drama, but find some of the situations more adult. To me its more for adults who like to read about first love, and don't mind the high school setting.

Other than you can tell your reading the first work of a self published author, the suspense and turns in the story sets it apart from other books. I usually find most books predictable, and was pleasently surprised with the story line.

It's worth checking out.
This book is a must read. At first I kinda was weird out on the Lexie's StepFamily, just the way the Maxim was with her. But was so excited and was amazing when Torin and Lexie met for the first time and just loved how there where able to feel what they felt for each other in their dreams. Torin and Lexie forever. The twist towards the end on Lexie's stepfamily really surprised me A lot!! Cant wait for the Next book!
Well this was a nice story, it developed slowly, about werewolves and vampires, although the concept was different, it did remind me of Twilight a little. I would recommend it to younger readers though, I think they would enjoy the plot and the romance much more then maybe the more mature readers, its toned down and simple, the characters were nice enough, explaining about two different types of families, one being wolf one being vampire and the girl is stuck in the middle (different ha') the concept was flowing and all in all the writing was understanding, I think that the author has plenty of potential, and I will be looking out for more of her books, give it a try, ı dont think you will be disappointed.
I do not even know where to begin. There is so much awesomeness in this book and I am simply thrilled to discover it is going to be a series.

Fate Fixed is a beautiful blend of romance, suspense, and mystery. The world Bonnie created is very unique, yet familiar, making it an easy book to get completely immersed in. The lore for her vampires and werewolves was so fascinating. I simply could not put it down. I loved how Bonnie was not afraid of showing the darkness of her characters and their world. It added such depth to the story. The combination of this darkness and the sweet romance really made this book the awesome debut novel that it is.

I highly recommend this novel to both YA and Adult readers who love their paranormal.
Warning This book makes you want to move to Erris! This book is Vampristic!

My Cover Thoughts I love this cover so much! Lexie is holding onto Torin! I bet you did not know that, neither did I but Bonnie told me that is who it was. Lexie looks so happy holding on to Torin.
My Thoughts/Review I have read a lot of books but this book had me wanting more. It starts out with Lexie and how one thing changed the dynamics of her family. She was lost and slowly getting over things when she was thrust into a very uncomfortable situation. Decision made she stuck it out.
The one true happiest Lexie has is her dreams. Every time she closes her eyes to dream she is greeted by a familiar face. She wants to stay sleeping so she can enjoy her sandman. When she wakes she is reminded of the reality she is living. That is till she moves to a small town in the middle of nowhere.
When she arrives in this town with her family she is surprised by the way people greet her and her family. She soon makes friends and goes to a bonfire where she sees this guy that looks so familiar but it can't be can it? Mr Sandman is there in real life.
What happens next is a complete journey that you will not want to miss. Lexie has her ups and downs and in the process she must learn to trust her instincts and go with her feelings. She will find out who she can trust and who she can't but most of all will she find her true love in all this mess and will she be able to love him unconditionally.
Take a ride on this roller coaster as we see what happens to Lexie in her new town with new friends!
